  This was my first visit to Strood branch. I was honestly amazed by their customer service. I was acknowledged as soon as i opened the door. Duty Manager Jamie who was there for the first time was brilliant and very genuinely offered his suggestions and advice. At no point of time I felt that anybody was trying to upsell anything. All staff members Even though very busy were very informative and polite to other customers as well. The job on my BMW was done well before expected time.
  
  Before visiting the store I have a telephonic conversation with store Manager...i think Mr Elliot..who was excellent over the phone with outstanding telephone manners.
  
  I would not normally write review..but this time I am compelled to do so by their amazing service. This is the least I can do. Keep the good work going guys. You all as a team rock
